Terms and Conditions (not limited to below) :
1. E-Voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and strictly no extension is allowed after validity date.
2. E-Voucher can only be used for room reservations booked directly from Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore’s booking channels.
3. E-Voucher can be utilised to offset any Rooms, F&B and Spa expenses at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. (Excluding Banquet)
4. E-Voucher is valid up to the value stated on the E-Voucher only. Amount exceeding the stated value is to be borne by the E-Voucher holder and must be settled in full at the time of E-Voucher usage.
5. E-Voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in whole, and cannot be used as rebates. Any unused balance will not be replaced, refunded or carried forward.
6. E-Voucher must be presented to the respective staff upon arrival.
7. E-Voucher is not applicable for takeaway and delivery orders.
8. Shangri-La Circle point accumulation is not available for E-Voucher purchases.
9. Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. Amount stated on this e-voucher is inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
